HOW TO USE IT

with the ICE CREAM MAKER
Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl, add 500gr.(17oz) of HOT WATER. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand-held whisk. Place the mixture into the fridge and leave until cool. Pour the cooled mixture into the ice-cream maker.

with the FOOD PROCESSOR
Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl, add 500gr.(17oz) of HOT WATER. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand-held whisk. Place the mixture into the freezer and leave until frozen solid. Break the solid mixture into pieces, pour into the food processor.
