Italian Gelato Mix in powder for making 700gr. (7 Servings) of delicious Cappuccino flavoured  Gelato Ice-Cream. Prepared with a refined blend of Arabic coffee which renders it a delicious speciality for cappuccino lovers. Made with vegetable fats in order to obtain a very creamy and tasteful ice-cream.

HOW TO USE IT

with the ICE CREAM MAKER
Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl,add 500gr. (17 oz) of lukewarm FULL-FAT MILK. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand-held whisk, slowly and without whipping. Place the mixture into the fridge and leave until cool. Pour the cooled mixture into the ice-cream maker.

with the FOOD PROCESSOR
Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl, add 500gr. (17 oz) of lukewarm FULL-FAT MILK. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand-held whisk. Place the mixture into the freezer and leave until frozen solid. Break the solid mixture into pieces, pour into the food processor and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.

with the HAND MIXER
Pour the content of the sachet into a very big, high-sided bowl. Add 500 gr. (17 oz) of VERY COLD FULL-FAT MILK. Whip the mixture at high speed until it forms a very thick and creamy mousse. Pour the mousse into dessert cups and cover with cling-film. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours, serve and eat fresh.
