HOW TO USE IT
Place the freezing disc into the freezer (-18°) and leave until it’s completely frozen.
To determine whether the disc is completely frozen, shake it. If you do not hear the cooling liquid moving, it’s frozen. Remove the freezing disc from the freezer , locate on the paddles and the motor base.
Pure your freshly prepared ice-cream mixture into the ice-cream maker and turn it on and let it work for about 20-30 minutes until you obtain a very creamy and thick ice cream.
