This is a high-quality and professional used Vanilla paste for ice-cream and pastries. It is obtained from high-quality Bourbon Vanilla Pods and it enables to obtain a very tasteful and delicious ice-cream. It can be added to any plain ice-cream or gelato base. Just add 40g to each 700ml of ice-cream.
