This product is the best alternative to milk ice-cream and it enables to obtain a very creamy and tasteful dairy free ice-cream based on rice. All you need to do is add 500ml water. From a plain white rice ice-cream base additional flavours can be added. This product is widely available as a professional ingredient in the most important italian Gelato Stores and for the first time available for home use. It can be used with any domestic ice cream maker or food processor.

Ingredients: fructose, rice cream, dextrose, glucose, vegetable fat, maltodextrine, vegetal fibres, emulsifiers: locust bean gum, guar gum, sodium alginate, propane-1,2-diol alginate; flavours.

HOW TO USE IT


With the ICE CREAM MAKER
Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl, add 500gr. (17oz) of WARM WATER. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand-held whisk. Place the mixture into the fridge and leave until cool. Pour the cooled mixture into the ice-cream maker.


With the FOOD PROCESSOR
Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl, add 500gr.(17oz) of WARM WATER. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand-held whisk. Place the mixture into the freezer and leave until frozen solid. Break the solid mixture into pieces, pour into the food processor.

WHITE RICE ICE-CREAM: 1 bag RICE MIX + 500ml WATER

 

HAZELNUT RICE ICE-CREAM: 1 bag RICE MIX + 500ml WATER + 50g Hazelnut Paste

 

PISTACHIO RICE ICE-CREAM: 1 bag RICE MIX + 500ml WATER + 50 g Pistachio Paste

 

LIQUORICE RICE ICE-CREAM: 1 bag RICE MIX + 500ml WATER + 25g Liquorice in powder
