Cocoa-based Stracciatella paste for flavouring ice-cream and pastries. It can be added to any plain ice-cream or gelato base. Just add 100g to each 700ml of plain ice-cream.

1) 100g Stracciatella Paste + 500ml Milk + 1 bag ROXY Ice-Cream Mix Vanilla

2) 100g Stracciatella Paste + 450ml Milk + 100ml Cream + 1 bag ROXY Gelato Base
