PINEAPPLE (200g)
Description
Pulp-based concentrated Pineapple fruit paste for flavouring ice-cream and pastries. It can be added to any plain ice-cream or gelato base. Just add 70g to each 700ml of ice-cream.
DOSAGE FOR PINEAPPLE ICE-CREAM
1) 70g Pineapple Paste + 500ml Milk + 1 bag ROXY Ice-Cream Mix Vanilla
OR
2) 70g PIneapple Paste + 450ml Milk + 100ml Cream + 1 bag ROXY Gelato Base
