High quality tartufo paste for flavoring ice-cream and pastries. Its delicate aftertaste of Hazelnuts and cocoa renders it a dreamy speciality for ice-cream lovers and connoisseurs. It can be added to any plain ice-cream or gelato base. Just add 70g to each 700ml of ice-cream.

 

DOSAGE FOR TARTUFO ICE-CREAM

1) 70g Tartufo Paste + 500ml Milk + 1 bag ROXY Ice-Cream Mix Vanilla

OR

2) 70g Tartufo Paste + 450ml Milk + 100ml Cream + 1 bag ROXY Gelato Base
