Croccantino al Rum (200g)
Description
Original italian Croccantino paste. It is used to flavor ice-cream and pastries. It is obtained exclusively from high-quality hazelnuts and almonds. It can be added to any plain ice-cream or gelato base. Just add 70g to each 700ml of ice-cream.
DOSAGE FOR CROCCANTINO ICE-CREAM
1) 70g Croccantino Paste + 500ml Milk + 1 bag ROXY Ice-Cream Mix Vanilla
OR
2) 70g Croccantino Paste + 450ml Milk + 100ml Cream + 1 bag ROXY Gelato Base
