SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS

This is a 100% pure hazelnut paste that can be used to flavor ice-cream and pastries. It is obtained from toasted hazelnuts from Piemonte PGI (Protected Geographical Indication).  It can be added to any plain ice-cream or gelato base. Just add 50g to each 700ml of ice-cream.

 

DOSAGE FOR HAZELNUT ICE-CREAM

1) 50g Hazelnut Paste + 500ml Milk + 1 bag ROXY Ice-Cream Mix Vanilla

OR

2) 50g Hazelnut Paste + 450ml Milk + 100ml Cream + 1 bag ROXY Gelato Base

OR

3) 50g Hazelnut Paste + 500ml Water + 1 bag ROXY Soy Ice-Cream Vanilla
