Description
Preparation in powder for making 725gr. (7 Servings) of delicious vanilla flavoured Soy ice-cream. This product does not contain Saccharose and is completely Egg and Gluten Free. It can be prepared with any domestic ice cream maker or food processor.

HOW TO USE IT
with the ICE CREAM MAKER
Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl, add 500gr. (17oz) of WARM WATER. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand-held whisk. Place the mixture into the fridge and leave until cool. Pour the cooled mixture into the ice-cream maker.
with the FOOD PROCESSOR
Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl, add 500gr.(17oz) of WARM WATER. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand-held whisk. Place the mixture into the freezer and leave until frozen solid. Break the solid mixture into pieces, pour into the food processor.
