These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which YOU the customer place using this website "www.gelati-roxy.it" operated by ROXY SRL.
ROXY SRL is a Italian based company and comply with the Italian consumer law including the European distance selling directives.
Returns
The European distance selling regulations give YOU the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt. If YOU are unsatisfied with any product, it is within YOUr consumer rights to return it to us for a full refund, also if YOU've simply ordered the wrong product.
Goods returned must be in its original packing and in an unused condition; they will be returned at YOUr expense to the original point of dispatch. The refund will be arranged within 30days after we the goods have been received.
Pricing / Delivery
Prices include Italian IVA (VAT) at the standard rate of 10% for food products and 20% for non-food products. This on-line store does not allow automatically to deduct IVA(VAT) for buyers Taxable people within the European Community registered for VAT. This means that all orders placed on this on-line store will be priced and billed with IVA (VAT) upon contact with ROXY SRL. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Website from time to time. The delivery of the goods will be within 30 days of the day after YOU placed the order. Delivery costs will be shown automatically when YOU place YOUr order, and they will be calculated from time to time depending on weight and destination.
Order Confirmation
Once YOU place an order on-line a written confirmation will be sent to YOU via Email.
Warranty for electrical appliances
All our electrical appliance are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase proved by a fiscal document such as invoice, receipt, shipping document). The guarantee contemplates free repair or replacement of all parts necessary to restore the function of the appliance when the inconvenience is due to manufacturing defect.
The guarantee is not valid in case of improper use of the appliance. Also, it does not cover those parts damaged by misuse or negligence in use or maintenance, alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons, transport or circumstances that are not due to manufacturing defects. Defects caused by scale of other substances present or added to the water used are not covered. The manufacturer declines liability for any direct or indirect damage to people, animals or objects caused by the non-observance of the instructions contained in this manual. Damages deriving from non-use of the appliance to faults occurred are excluded, too.
Payment
ROXY SRL accepts for on-line orders only advanced credit card payments via Paypal secure server. When YOU place the order YOU will be asked to enter YOUr card details and the name and the address of the card holder into the Paypal checkout secure server. YOUr order will be dispatched after all details have been checked and considered correct.
For offline orders ROXY SRL accepts only advanced (€) Euro Bank Transfers. We do not accept cash through the post. Due to varying Exchange Rates all payments made to ROXY SRL must be in (€)Euro.
Privacy Policy
ROXY SRL is committed to ensuring that YOUr privacy is protected. When YOU make an online order, we need to know YOUr name, e-mail address and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil YOUr orders and to notify YOU about YOUr order status. We will also require a telephone number in case we need to contact YOU and for international orders this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of YOUr goods. We will not pass any of YOUr details on to third parties for profit or otherwise (with the exception of providing a delivery name, address and telephone number to third party delivery companies we use to ship YOUr order).
